The recycled shells used in these buttons are derived from pre-consumer waste such as the left over shells from eggs used in factories that make mass produced food products such as baked goods.

these materials are then broken down or tumbled and combined with polyester to create the striking speckle effect seen on these buttons – taking waste and turning it into something new.

Composition: 30% eggshell/ 70% polyester.

Wash at 40 degrees. Air Dry thoroughly. Iron on low temperature.

Do not tumble dry, do not dry clean, do not bleach.
